I am a journalism student at The University of Alabama. I’ll write about anything, but my preference is fashion. If fashion were a sport, I’d have season tickets, a painted face and a big foam finger. I love it. I can’t remember a time when I didn’t consider a shopping trip to be super exciting. It’s always been such a big part of my life. When I was little, Mom wouldn’t let me leave the house without a big bow that matched my Kelly’s Kids outfit. When I got a little older, I started to see how much appearances can say about a person. I don’t consider it to be superficial or materialistic because it doesn’t have to require a lot of money. It makes the game so much more interesting and rewarding to find bargain pieces that make the finished product look like a million-dollar masterpiece. This is where my blog comes in. I aim to create outfits with illusion; the look of an outfit with a high-fashion price tag with the reality of a girl on a budget. After all, you can’t put a price on style…
